1. What we hold

2. How it’s used
- To review and approve membership applications; T

- To moderate community content before it’s visible to others;
- To run events (RSVPs, reminders, check-in);
- To maintain a tamper-evident record of safety-relevant actions.
3. Members under 18
Membership is open from age 13. For members under 18, we collect a linked parent/guardian contact and every application is manually reviewed before approval. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a minor than is needed to run the Club safely.
4. Content moderation
Posts and photos are reviewed by moderators before publication. Rejected content and the reason for rejection may be retained for safety and audit purposes.
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain member data for as long as the membership is active, plus a reasonable period after closure for safety-audit purposes. A member or their guardian may request export or deletion — see Contact.
6. Security
- Sign-in uses signed, HTTP-only session cookies — no password is ever stored.
- Role-based access control limits who can see moderation queues, reports, and member data.
- Safety-relevant actions are logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here.
